Construction of the new retail park Silver Park has begun in the city of Mukachevo in the Zakarpattia region.

The opening of Silver Park is scheduled for May 2026, on Tomáš Masaryk Street, located at the city’s exit toward Irshava.
RDA has already started forming the complex’s tenant mix, planning to attract several anchor operators (with areas from 1,000 to 2,000 sq. m) as well as small-format stores (from 100 to 400 sq. m).
In total, Silver Park is expected to house up to 10 stores of various formats and retail segments, including home goods retailers, household appliances and electronics, as well as fashion operators.

The Road Park shopping center in Lviv will be built on the city bypass road near the settlement of Vynnyky. The target audience of this shopping center will be residents of the eastern districts of Lviv, the nearest settlements and car traffic on the Kyiv-Chop highway. The anchor tenants of the complex will be a grocery supermarket, a food drive, a food court, as well as clothing and electronics stores. As part of the project, it is planned to build a convenient parking lot, including an underground floor that can serve as a shelter.

In the second quarter of 2027, a four-level shopping and entertainment center Tera Hall will open in Chernivtsi. It will be located on Ruska Street, and its total area will reach almost 17,000 sq. m. As part of the project, the developer also plans to build a parking lot for 238 cars (including an underground one). The anchor tenants of the shopping and entertainment center will be the children's entertainment center Kraina Mriy and a grocery supermarket of a well-known retail chain. A food court with an area of over 600 sq. m. will be equipped on the third floor of the shopping and entertainment center.

The Residents Mall shopping and entertainment center in Uzhhorod will be implemented within the premium residential complex Residents Avenue near Bozdosky Park. Among the already confirmed anchor tenants of the complex is the two-story Symbol branded clothing store, which will be located on an area of 2,000 sq. m. The opening of the shopping and entertainment center is scheduled for the second quarter of 2027.

The new Gallery Chicago shopping center in Chernivtsi will be located in a new district of the city with modern residential complexes. According to preliminary estimates, by the time of opening, approximately 32,000 residents will live in the nearest coverage area of the shopping center, which will provide the facility with consistently high traffic. Among the future tenants of the shopping center are the children's entertainment complex of the Fly Kids chain and stores of national and international retail chains.
