Opening of the “Rosvyhiv” Shopping Center in Mukachevo Scheduled for Late 2025

The commissioning of the “Rosvyhiv” shopping center in Zakarpattia is planned for November, with the official opening for visitors scheduled for December this year.
This was reported by the press service of the consulting company Retail & Development Advisor (RDA), which acts as the mall’s broker.

“The ‘Rosvyhiv’ shopping center will open at the intersection of Rosvyhivska and General Petrova streets and will, in fact, become the first modern professional retail property in the city of Mukachevo. It will function as a single space for shopping and leisure for the whole family, where one can spend time with friends, relatives, and children. Its total area is 8,500 sq. m, with more than 5,800 sq. m of retail space,” said Andriy Lototskyi, CEO of RDA.

In turn, the director of “Rosvyhiv” mall, Oleksandr Moskal, clarified that as of September, the building’s construction readiness stands at about 85%.
“Interior finishing works are actively underway on the first and second floors. By the end of the year, we plan to complete construction and launch the shopping center. In November, we intend to submit documents for commissioning, and the official opening of the mall is initially planned for December 2025,” said Oleksandr Moskal.

According to him, the project also includes a convenient urban parking facility with 158 spaces, including an underground lot that can serve as a shelter during air raid threats.

As RDA noted, preliminary lease agreements have already been signed for 80% of the future mall’s space, and by the time of opening, occupancy is expected to reach 90%.
“We believe that at this stage we have achieved a rather high level of leasing activity. The anchor grocery tenant will be the ALMA supermarket. In addition, many national and international brands are opening their first stores in Zakarpattia within the ‘Rosvyhiv’ mall. Among them are the children’s store ‘Budynok Igrashok’ (House of Toys) and the sportswear supermarket Sport City. The Polish LPP Group brands Cropp and House will also launch their first retail outlets in Mukachevo at the ‘Rosvyhiv’ mall,” added Andriy Lototskyi.

The RDA top manager also noted that given the favorable location and strong tenant mix, the project’s developer expects high footfall in the first year of operation. Preliminary forecasts estimate about 10–12 thousand visitors per day.
