Eldorado in Zhytomyr
The electronics store chain Eldorado will open a new shop in Zhytomyr shopping center OLDI located in 5, Mykhailo Grushevskyi Street. The consulting company Retail & Development Advisor (RDA) is OLDI’s exclusive broker. The store’s total area will be 700 sq. m. Besides, the mobile providers Vodafone (40 sq. m) and Kyivstar (30 sq. m) has already opened in the design supermarket Silpo’s in the cash-register area.
“The shopping center’s occupancy has reached 80%. We plan to increase its tenant-mix with famous brands in January next year.” Taisia Lytovchenko, CEO of RDA, comments.
