Retail & Development Advisor is an exclusive broker of a new shopping center in Zhytomyr

The total area of ​​the facility will be 21,000 sq.m., and the opening is scheduled for March 2020.
 
Next year, the portfolio of Zhytomyr shopping centers will be replenished with a new project. As it was claimed by consulting company Retail & Development Advisor - the exclusive broker of the shopping center - its total area will be 21,000 square meters. m, and the anchor tenants will be the DIY hypermarket OLDI, which will occupy 9,000 square meters. m, and the flagship store of one of the leading national grocery chains Sіlpo, which will open in a new concept store. FMCG retailer signed a lease of 3,000 sq.m. The remaining area is over 7000 square meters. m - reserved for the shopping gallery, which allows to place stores of famous Ukrainian and international networks of various segments, including those not yet represented in the city. Parking lot for 230 cars is also foreseen.
 
According to the concept, the idea of the new shopping center will be the possibility of family purchases: Zhytomyr residents will be able to buy everything necessary for construction, repair and home comfort, purchase products and related products for one or several days, choose clothes and accessories, send or receive parcels, relax in the restaurant and so on on a single place.
 
Andrei Samoilov, deputy operations director of OLDI, the ordering customer of the construction and the largest anchor of the future complex, specified that the shopping center will be located on Hrushevsky Street (assumed address is Hrushevsky str., 7). “This is the city center with convenient transport infrastructure - a tram, a trolley bus, 5-6 fixed-route taxis,” Andrei adds.

Such location gives a significant advantage to the shopping center and allows you to generate consistently high traffic for customers. “In addition, a lot of people live in this area, and there is already a good infrastructure - shops, a school, a stadium, a park area, a Cathedral, office centers. Haymarket is also nearby” states Alexander Fialka, partner at Retail & Development Advisor. “The whole family will visit the shopping center, as it offers the opportunity to easily and comfortably buy everything you need for your home - from building materials to clothes, groceries and various household items - as well as spend time in the new shopping center and dine in various cafes and restaurants” .
 
The project owner claims, that about 20,000 - 25,000 people live in the walking distance of the future OLDI Shopping Center. In addition, the object will be visited by residents of the surrounding areas - Malevanka, Korbutovka, Kroshnya, Center, Boguniya, Khmelnik, as well as residents of the suburbs - Chernyakhovsky and Khmelnytsky directions.
 
At this stage, the shopping center is planned to be one or two floors high: one-story in the area of ​​anchor tenants, and a two-story - in the area of ​​the shopping gallery. Thus, each retailer will be able to choose an area suitable for their concept, and to equip a small boutique or an expanded format store.
