The Ukraina shopping mall is one of the most ambitious retail real estate projects, scheduled to open in 2025. After commissioning, the three-story shopping mall will become the largest shopping and entertainment center in Transcarpathia. It will be located on Cyril and Methodius Square, not far from the historical center of Uzhhorod. The project will feature a modern cinema, a large grocery supermarket, international and national brands, as well as a food court with an observation terrace. For motorists, underground and surface parking for 350 cars will be equipped.
