In Uzhgorod, the construction of the Riverville shopping mall has already begun, which is being implemented within the framework of the residential complex of the same name. The modern shopping and entertainment center will be built in a single concept with the residential complex, within which an embankment with a restaurant area will be equipped. It is planned to open a three-level family restaurant with terraces and children's areas with a total area of about 1,500 sq. m. The location of the shopping and entertainment center next to the "business" and "comfort" class residential complexes will ensure high-quality and constant traffic. According to RDA forecasts, it will reach 15,000 visitors per day. The tenant mix of the shopping and entertainment center will include national and international retail operators. In particular, one of the leaders of food retail will be located on an area of 2,400 sq. m, a children's entertainment center will occupy an area of 2,800 sq. m, and an international fashion operator - 1,300 sq. m. The project also includes the implementation of a fitness club and multi-level parking for over 300 cars.
