Nearly 100% Occupancy: New Stores Open at A7 Shopping Mall in Ivano-Frankivsk

A7 Shopping and Entertainment Center, which opened in Ivano-Frankivsk this spring, continues to actively attract new tenants.

According to RDA CEO Andrii Lototskyi, A7 welcomed a number of new stores in July, significantly strengthening the center’s tenant mix. These include Akvarel, a supermarket offering arts and crafts supplies, which occupies 433 sq m, as well as a large 364 sq m sportswear store operated by the renowned global brand Puma. The center’s tenant lineup has also been expanded by Medgroup, a 27 sq m medical apparel store, a 37 sq m beauty salon, and Toppers, an 18 sq m adult products store.

“We plan to achieve 100% occupancy of the center by the end of this year. At present, only a few units ranging from 15 sq m to 89 sq m remain available. Our priority is to attract stores offering children’s or sporting goods, home goods retailers, as well as entertainment and hobby concepts. At the same time, we remain open to other retail formats that can effectively complement the tenant mix and attract additional customers to the shopping center,” said Andrii Lototskyi.

Meanwhile, the management company of A7 noted that the center has demonstrated positive growth dynamics since its opening.

“New stores are opening every month, the tenant lineup continues to expand, and the number of events and marketing activities is increasing. This helps attract new visitors and build a loyal customer base. Our main focus through the end of the year is to fill the remaining vacant retail units, open new stores, and increase footfall through regular events, partnership initiatives, and the development of marketing communications,” said Taras Bohdan, Director of A7 Shopping and Entertainment Center.

A7 Shopping and Entertainment Center in Ivano-Frankivsk opened on April 18, 2026, in the central part of the city at 57 Halytska Street, providing convenient access for shoppers. The four-story center has a total area of nearly 10,100 sq m, including more than 7,500 sq m of retail space.

The center’s tenant mix has been designed to meet customers’ needs in one convenient location. Earlier tenants include Fly Kids, a children’s entertainment center featuring an updated and modern design, as well as Half Price, CCC, Sinsay, Marigo, Mr. Scrubber, BraBraBra, Zolota Kraina, Love You, Cherry Berry, Mountea, Valentine Lingerie, Obrana, A Optika, and others. The opening of Dream On, a 140 sq m children’s goods store, is planned in the near future.
