TEC “APPOLO"

TEC “APPOLO” is the shopping and entertainment complex on a cross of Titov and Makarov streets. The main facade looks out onto a red line of Titov Street, being its new architectural sensation. The complex features an excellent walkability. Hence, all its inhabitants go to “APPOLO” every day, and it is more than 340,000 customers.

Aim of the work: audit of complex layout and its adaptation to the tenants’ needs, vertical communication project design, customers’ attraction to other levels of TEC, analysis of the tenant formats’ relevance, expansion, and increasing the customers’ visiting hours in TEC.
